You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Use the Website to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

2. Service Details
REET FLOORING LTD is a flooring and wall covering specialist providing professional supply and installation services for residential and commercial spaces across the United Kingdom. Our core services include, but are not limited to:
- Hardwood flooring supply and installation.
- Laminate flooring supply and installation.
- Luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) and other vinyl flooring solutions.
- Carpet supply and professional carpet fitting.
- Ceramic and porcelain tiling for floors and walls.
- Natural stone surfaces for floors and selected wall applications.
- Decorative wall cladding and feature wall solutions.
The specific scope of services for any given project will be set out in our written quotation, order confirmation, or contract documentation (the “Agreement”). That Agreement will prevail if there is any conflict or inconsistency between it and these Terms.
Images, room sets, and project examples displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. They are intended to demonstrate the type and quality of finishes we can achieve, but they do not guarantee that your project will look identical. Colour, shade, pattern, and texture may vary between digital imagery, samples, and the final installed materials, particularly with natural products such as wood and stone.
All services are subject to a satisfactory site assessment and survey. We may recommend adjustments to the materials, layout, subfloor preparation, or installation method to suit site conditions and to comply with relevant building, safety, and manufacturer requirements. Where such changes affect price or timescales, we will inform you and seek your approval before proceeding.
Unless expressly stated in writing, our services do not include structural work, plumbing, electrical work, or the removal or disposal of existing floor coverings, fixtures, or furniture. Any such requirements must be agreed separately or arranged by you prior to commencement of works.
3. Booking & Appointments
You can request consultations, site visits, and quotations via our Website, by email, or by telephone. Submitting a request through the Contact Us or Services pages does not create a binding contract. A contract will only arise when you have accepted our quotation or order confirmation in writing and we have confirmed your booking.
We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times for appointments and installation works, but all dates are subject to availability, material lead times, and site conditions. Any appointment times provided are approximate and may be adjusted for operational reasons. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if we need to reschedule.
You are responsible for ensuring safe, clear access to the property at the agreed times. This includes:
- Providing accurate address and access instructions.
- Ensuring that the areas to be worked in are clear of furniture and personal belongings, unless otherwise agreed.
- Informing us of any known hazards, restrictions, or building regulations that may affect the works.
We may charge a reasonable fee or adjust the project price if we encounter delays or additional work due to lack of access, site obstructions, or issues that were not disclosed during the booking or survey stages.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment or installation date, you should contact us as soon as possible using the details provided in the Changes to Terms & Contact Information section. We may apply a cancellation or rescheduling charge where short notice results in costs to us that cannot reasonably be avoided, as set out in your Agreement or quotation.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices for our services are generally provided following a consultation or site survey and will be confirmed in a written quotation. Quotations are usually valid for a specified period, which will be indicated on the document. After this period, prices may be subject to change, particularly if material costs or supplier prices have altered.
Unless stated otherwise, quoted prices include the supply of agreed materials and labour necessary to carry out the specified works, but may exclude removal of existing floor coverings, disposal of waste, or additional preparation works beyond those reasonably anticipated at the time of survey. Any such exclusions will be highlighted in your quotation or Agreement.
We will set out the applicable payment terms in your quotation or Agreement. These may include:
- An initial deposit or advance payment to secure your booking and order materials.
- Interim payments at agreed stages for larger or phased projects.
- A final balance payable on practical completion of the works.
We accept commonly used payment methods such as bank transfer and may, at our discretion, accept other methods notified to you in advance. All payments must be made in pounds sterling (GBP) unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
If you fail to make any payment due to us by the due date, we may, without limiting any other rights and remedies available to us:
- Charge interest on the overdue amount at a reasonable rate permitted under applicable UK law until payment in full is received.
- Suspend ongoing works or withhold delivery of materials until outstanding sums are settled.
- Recover from you any reasonable costs incurred in pursuing overdue amounts, including legal and collection costs where applicable.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. If VAT is applicable to the services provided, it will be charged in addition at the prevailing rate and clearly shown on your invoice.

6. Liability & Warranties
We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and the materials we supply. Details of any specific guarantees or warranties relating to your project, including manufacturer warranties for particular flooring or wall covering products, will be provided in your quotation, Agreement, or handover documentation.
Our responsibility for any issues arising from the works is generally limited to:
- Rectifying defects in our workmanship within a reasonable time, where such defects are reported to us promptly and within the applicable warranty period.
- Passing on to you the benefit of any manufacturer warranties that apply to the materials supplied, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Our warranties do not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, lack of proper maintenance, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations made by others, or failure to follow care and maintenance guidance provided by us or the manufacturer.
Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to the Website or any Content on it. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
- Use of, or inability to use, the Website.
- Use of or reliance on any Content displayed on the Website.
- Any indirect, consequential, or purely economic loss, such as loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any Agreement for services will be limited to the price paid or payable by you under that Agreement, except where a different limitation is stated in such Agreement or where the law requires a higher level of protection for you as a consumer.
